Took me awhile to notice that ubikentang is the same ubi I know. The same one who did not know where Prada was in London (but that’s a different story entirely).
I actually went to that page once before today, and the whole thing struck me as odd, for it did occur to me that it could be the same ubi I know, but the choice of words in his journal threw me off. The ubi I know does not speak like that. Hiaks.
But I checked my BBS today and saw that he posted there. Strange. So I went to the site again. And saw some references to Subliminal Influence and #bangsar. Heh. It could only be Joe. *waves to Joe* Of course it didn’t help much that most of the time I speak to him, we speak cantonese. English is only for IRC purposes.
Anyway, I have no idea what I’m doing online, besides typing this out, so I’m gonna go continue my game on Monopoly Tycoon. Will have to wake up early tomorrow because I’m cooking Linguini Alfredo for lunch, and I have yet to buy the ingredients.
Oh, yes, and I did mention earlier something about me going out? I’m not. Anyway it’s already 1am, a little too late to head out now. Was supposed to meet up with Irene and my old high school friends tonight, and Tse Wei didn’t want to go to Emporium because she’d rather go to Flux. Problem with Flux is, there is no crowd there. So after a zillion times trying to contact Irene, Bron finally managed to get through to her for me.. and so we made plans.
And as it’s Elaine’s birthday, the bunch of us made plans during lunch to go out tonight. So happens Irene can’t drive me, and Elaine was going to. And in the end she ended up not going, which defeats the whole purpose of us going to Empo for her birthday.. so, heck.. Lynn and Eleana bumped a ride with Eleana’s sister, and me.. I decided to stay home. I could still go, probably bump a ride from my cousin or drive, but I didn’t want to drive, dad’s already bitching about me taking the car out late.
Kinda feels good staying in for once though. No complains.

bond street is the ‘green property’ between regent street and oxford street on MONOPOLY…just ask fuzzy….she would know, considering how much of it she has been playing it recently….muahahahah!
New Bond St. is a street off Oxford St., and is also a London Underground Station’s name (Central Line). Located in the Mayfair area, the street is well known for it’s high class shops (Prada for one)- a favourite ‘haunt’ for the rich and Japanese tourists.
