Cured goose breast with chicken liver parfait, poached rhubarb, black pepper and ginger bread

Dinner at Aria Sydney with Miss M. The food was beautiful, we had an amazing time and I had a rather memorable Syrah from Santorini ;) The chicken liver parfait was DIVINE!
