Going through a bit of a Macaron phase (again)! How cute is this one with the little heart on top from Robocog Cafe in Surry Hills?
These are from Patisse that we picked up at the MasterChef Live event on Sunday. The flavours, from memory: raspberry, vanilla, lilac, chocolate, passionfruit and salted caramel. They were perfectly gooey and divine!
W and I made some that evening.. I still find it hard to make a perfect circle. They look a little rough around the edges but they tasted great! I can never say no to chocolate :)
