Summer

I can’t wait for summer. The past couple of weeks have been really nice in Sydney. It’s easy to forget that it’s not even Spring yet.

Last summer I spent most weekends out on the beach, in this little spot I found quite by accident. That is one of the perks of living in a place you didn’t grow up in. The little things you chance upon when you least expect to. I have found many little nooks and crannies on my own here, and for someone who has been here for over a year I shamefully admit that I haven’t really explored the place as much as I should. I often punctuate conversations with “Wheres this?” and “I’ve never heard of that place” - maybe it’s time for me to get a car (and a driving license while I’m at it).

I seem to have misplaced my sense of adventure.. but it’s time to find it again. This Summer, I’m outta here :)
