Wontons!

W and I made these fried cream cheese and bacon wontons on the weekend - they were so indulgently good!

We also made cream cheese and camembert (W’s favourite!), prawn and some wontons with a more traditional pork and mushroom filling.. yum!

I would love to make some dessert versions soon - if you can deep fry a Mars bar why not do it wrapped in egg wonton skins?
