It’s a bit surreal to be leaving the islands today. The past couple of weeks have been amazing. Naxos is beautiful but quiet. Some of the villages I visited were so remote that the kids were taking pictures of me on their phones. In about two hours I will be back in Athens.. but a part of me wish that I could stay on the islands a little longer. There’s always next year.
