I have to admit, while not a big fan of vanilla, Absolut kicks ass in this regard :)

Absolutsicle:
1 oz Absolut Vanilia, chilled to 0C.
Ice cold orange juice.

Shake with ice in mixer, strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

The recipe calls for 1 oz, but who follows recipes anyway? :P
Have yet to try it in a shot, but it certainly dresses up the usual Screwdriver. If you have a blender, godamnit, I'm coming over and we're drinking!

btw the absolut website has a shitload of ideas on what to do with a bottle of vanilia - gotta LOVE the shooters (especially the one called volcano...) i wonder if i can convince garret to bring a bottle over with him. dammit NZ gets all the cool stuff last.
