10/19/2003 Entry: "No go!"

Nik's site is finally up (but the galleries will be up later when Nik sorts it out.

I'm having a bad day. Met up with Jo today at the labs to photograph my jewelry, and after all the preps upstairs, we went down to the basement where the studio was and.. Jo's key didn't work! The door is a little strange so we tried for ages and ages, then we got Lim's key and that didn't work either. As a last resort, we drove to Judy's house to get her master key (which opens all the doors in the building) and that didn't work! So now the shoot's been postponed till Monday, when we get the new key from the site management (lock's been changed this morning I think, Jo went there yesterday and it was alright then)

So now my plans to go down to Wellington's a little messed up, and I have to go and try to rearrange the bookings tomorrow. Everything has been paid for already and some things are not refundable.. sigh. More money going out, nothing coming in!

Me and Jo were very dissapointed.. sigh, we were looking forward to this so much! OK, I'm gonna go watch the rest of the DVDs we rented now, have to return them on Monday.. sigh!
