More on shoes

I wish I could justify to myself why I need a yet another pair of United Nudes apart from the fact that Rem Koolhaas is my idol and you never really need a reason to buy shoes. Also, the super cool factor of the Mobius shoes being constructed from a single piece of material based on the infinity loop of the Mobius strip atop tougher-than-Kevlar construction (does this mean its also bulletproof?) and the traffic-stopping "ohmigodwheredyagetthats" has made me a firm believer that it doesn't take a Jimmy Choo to make cult status shoes. I so dig that they're not a fashion brand but rather, a design one.

Now if only I can get my hands on a pair of their bronze Porn Toe snake skins...
