I love experimenting with different proportions and the relaxed empire waist on this dress got me curious. I don’t think I’ve worn anything empire since the late 90s and pleasantly surprised when it arrived - the acid wash finish makes it feel like an old favourite immediately and just seemed like the perfect easy dress for the warmer weather. I layered it with a more tailored piece from Zara and threw some pointy flats into the mix. It’s been scorching in Sydney lately - not that I’m complaining. But if this is Spring, what are we to expect in Summer?

    That is such a nice grey dress! One of those pieces you will be able to dress up and down a bunch of different ways! When the weather cools down and you can layer more of course, haha. It’s been quite warm here too, a nice change :)
